Product - Our yellow fin tuna? are processed from European Union Approved factories in Maldives and delivered within hours of processing. We process mainly two varieties: Loin and Whole fish (G&G or H&G).

The loin are vacuum sealed in polythene bags, weighed labelled and packed in Polystyrene Boxes (19" x 17" x 15") with gel ice. The gross weight of these is around 25 - 30Kg per box.

The Whole Fish average upwards of 20Kg are processed and wrapped in a foam like material and packed in Cardboard Boxes (61" x 18" x 14") with gel ice. The gross weight of these is around 115Kg per box.

All products will always be accompanied by a health certificate issued by Maldives Food and Drug Authority, a histamine report prepared in accordance with EU standards and any other necessary supporting documents.

Quality - Our Processing Factories are registered with the European Union (EU registration MDV005 & MDV008).The facility maintains stringent requirements set by European Union directives complying with the EU preventive Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP)-based regulations/standards. The plant is actively pursuing quality accreditation with the following organizations with the objective of being compliant with ISO 9000.

Our People - Our fishermen? are well trained and qualified in Yellow Fin Tuna fishing. Albeit they use traditional pole and line method to catch, they are equipped with the state of the art equipments to trace the catch.
