Method: CIF ASWP inside customs out turn barrels
Cost, insurance and freight referred to Incoterms edition 2000 with amendments

Price: 3-day quotation reported by Platt´s Mcgraw Hill with the heading base closest
to the Buyer´s designated discharge port

Gross Discount: Gross US$ 0.035 per gallon
Net US$ 0.030 per gallon

Commission: 50 / 50 Buyer and Seller Side

Payment: Documentary Letter of Credit from a Prime Bank

Perf Bond: Seller will issue a 2% performance bond

Validity: 25th May, 2001 or subj. to prior purchase
