Sun Near is founded in 1972 and a ISO 9001/2000 certificated foundry factory in Taiwan. We have one set of automatic moulding line, 4 sets of F1 semi-automatic moulding lines, 2 sets of F2 semi-automatic moulding lines, 4 sets of F3 semi-automatic moulding lines, CNC milling center machining lines and CNC lathe machining lines with full set of Chemical Analysis, Physical testing equipments and inspection facilities to control our foundry production. We are now making the casting parts of generator bracket, industrial sewing machine heads, pump parts, blower parts, bearing housings, pillow blocks, plummer blocks, elevator parts, water/ oil/steam control valve parts, brake discs (rotors), brake drums, compressor parts, motorcycle brake liners, motorcycle cylinder liners, door closing cylinder casting bodies, boat parts, gear box casings, engine parts, engine exhaust manifolds, fly wheels, engine manifolds, pulleys, speaker stands, mixer parts, flanges, fittings, couplings, motor parts, ranges/ burners/grates/plates/grills etc for commercial/ household ranges (stoves) etc, and many other machine/auto precision parts under cast iron material JIS G 5501 FC150~FC300 (I.S.O. R185 15~30, DIN 1691 GG15~GG30, NFA 32-101 Ft150~Ft300, ASTM-A48 Class 25~Class45) and other materials as per customer?s requests.
