NINGBO ETDZ HOLDINGS LTD. is a limited company relatively holded by the Administration Committee of Ningbo Economic & Technical Development Zone. It has been ranked among  China 500 largest import and export enterprises and Ningbo 20 important export enterprises  for consecutive years. In 2006, the total foreign currency earned by the company is 124,670,000 U.S.Dollars, including 101,290,000 U.S.Dollars for export, and 23,380,000 U.S.Dollars for import. The business scope includes importing & exporting business, samples processing, components assemble and compensation trade as well as processing with supplied and imported materials. In addition, it not only acts as the import and export agent of various kinds of commodities and technology but also undertakes counter trade and entrepot trade. Moreover, It is authorized by the National Ministry of the Commerce the qualification to implement the foreign-aid project and the international contract project.
The main products contain textile knitwear  garments (including habilatory fittings  children´s garments  footwear)  arts & crafts, household commodities (including bath items), machinery (various plastics injection molding machines), electronic products, automobile fittings (all types of alloy wheels) and groceries etc., and are mainly exported to countries and areas like America, European Union, Japan, East and South Asia, Middle East  South America and Africa etc.
The company has set up general manager office, finance department, document department, 12 numbers of Import & Export sales department, Import department and Overseas contractors department. Moreover, it has few productive investment enterprises (including costume, auto parts and rubberplastics foam and its products) . It also has established The Brazilian Ningbo Trade Center in Brazil .
