Puyang Ruisen Petroleum Resins Co., Ltd, initialized in August 2004, a new-typed joint stock enterprise encompassing technological development, production and business operation, located in New&Hi-tech Development Zone of Puyang city in Henan, the middle of Zhongyuan Oil Field, close to Puyang railway station, it enjoys a convenient transportation and material resource.

  It takes the area of 40 Mu or so and fixed assets of 25 million RMB/Yuan, manly produces C5 series petroleum resins with an annual production capability of 10000 Tons, one of the largest manufacturers of China.
