Our factory established in 1983, and the owner of the factory has been in the line of headwear over 35 years. We are a leading manufacturer and exporter of various of caps&hats in shen zhen, china. The style includes baseball caps (constructed & unconstructed), bucket hats, bonnets, sun visor, ivy caps, etc. The material which we ordinarily use is consisting cotton twill, heavy cotton twill, chino, brushed cotton twill, T/C, denim, pigment washed fabric, camouflage, microfiber, canvas and so on.

Our factory covers about 25,000 square meters, and has over 2700 production staffs and over 100 workers, who specialize in making samples. We have 68 computer embroidery machines (Barudan and Tajima), 2,500 sewing machines and 17 cutting machines. And have our own super designers, printing workshop, an embroidery workshop, a washing workshop and production lines. Our monthly production capacity is 200,000 to 230,000 dozens.
