On March 2, 1999, Postec Electronics Co., Ltd. was established by EBO(Employee Buy Out) from LG C&D which had been leading the electronics industry in Korea since 1970.

Contributing to the localization of components production and the increase of exports, Postec has supplied high-quality electronic components such as tactile switches for stereo, TV, CD player and potentiometers for maintaining volume and tone quality of car audio.
