Jiangsu CEL Battery Co., ltd , is a specialized enterprise engaged in the research, production and sale of Friendly Environment Ni-MH rechargeable batteries, Li-ion polymer, founded in Arial,2002, the predecessor was Shenzhen E-power Battery Co., ltd founded in June,1999, the company have 2 modern plants in Shenzhen and Jiangsu with the area of about 15000m2 and undeveloped area about 30000m2
Engaged two commissioners who are the members of battery experts commission in 863 project as senior consultant  we have 6 doctors and masters major in Electric-chemistry, more than 50 bachelors and  technicians. we set up a quality team who stricktly contron the production process from the purchase of raw materials to delivery of finished-product
