The project is designed to export its 100% product. Annual production capacity of the project is 4,60,000 kg of bleached and dyed towel, working two shifts a day and 300 days in a year. The project is a composite of weaving, dying and finishing facilities. The project is equipped with 50 brand new terry shuttle looms, two warpers, three parn winders, two cone winders of Pakistan origin in woven section. The dying section is also equipped with one boiling kier of capacity 1500 kg/batch, two dying winch of capacity 400 kg each, which is one sample winch, one hydro extractor and one rope washing of Pakistan origin and one boiler of 2000 kg and one four chamber tensionless dryer of South Korea origin. Besides, the finishing section is also equipped with brand new knitting machine of Juki brand of Japan.

Presently we are exporting our products to Japan, Canada, United Kingdom and Italy. We would like to expand our business activities with other importers of terry towel.
