Dulal Enterprise (Pvt) Ltd., started its business as a Sole Proprietorship Organization in the later part of 1984 with the proprietorship of Mr. Md. Mobarok Hossain, the present Chairman & Managing Director. It started business as an importer, supplier and erector of Air conditioning systems to the Govt. & private bodies. In July,1989 the concern had been converted into a Private Limited Company under the Companies Act 1913 and registered with the Joint Stock Companies of Bangladesh. Since then Dulal Enterprise (Pvt) Ltd., had never to looked back and continued its business with full swing and diversified its field of businesses into other items.
