The test result of transparency of our clear cast acrylic sheet made from new MMA is up to 92.3%. We import those virgin MMA materials from Mitsubishi Japan and ICI British directly. So our cast acrylic sheet made from new MMA is always the same and consistent good quality lot by lot.
In order to meet different demands from customers, we also manufacture acrylic sheet made from regenerated MMA. We use the best off cuts as the materials so that our cast acrylic sheet made from regenerated MMA is no obvious contrast to our cast acrylic sheet made from new MMA. The quality of cast acrylic sheet made from regenerated MMA depends on the quality of each lot of regenerated MMA. The quality of each batch of regenerated MMA won?t be totally with the same quality, so we can?t assure that our cast acrylic sheet made from regenerated MMA is always the same and consistent quality lot by lot.
