Greetings from Romania!

We are REEA , a software development and web design company seeking
international partners. Unless you´ve done business in Romania, you may not
realize that we have a large concentration of IT professionals. We have
done work for partners in Switzerland and other European countries, and for
US companies. We would like to expand our worldwide connections, so let us
introduce ourselves.

Our group includes 5 programmers and 2 web designers with diverse skills.
We also work with a number of freelance IT professionals that we can call
upon for larger projects. REEA is located in the city of Tirgu Mures, in
the Transylvania region (yes... where the Dracula legends are rooted). Our
city is well-connected to the global IT markets, with backbone Internet
connections and steady access.

Why hire IT labor from another country?

Put simply, the EURO buys more here. We know that things have gotten
tight in IT circles lately, and bottom lines have become more important than
ever. We can offer excellent services for a fraction of the cost of west european
labor. And these are not "sweat shop" wages... they provide a good living
for skilled Romanians with families. Our hourly rate ranges from 15-25 EURO.
We prefer to give a project bid, based on your specifications and delivery
timeframe. We are very good at responding to requests like, "We have X
dollars to do a project with these specs in 3 days! Can you help?" We are
also good at telling you if we cannot do what you need... and we will be
happy to refer you to someone who can.
