Jay Cooke, Chairman & President:

Jay Cooke has been a senior officer of two investment banking firms, including President of Laidlaw, Adams & Peck, Inc., the second oldest security firm in the United States, where he developed the firm´s Investment Banking area.  Jay has managed more than 100 corporate finance projects, including General Advisory, Fairness Opinions, Acquisitions, Mergers, Public Offerings, and Private Placements.  He has served on special advisory boards of the Securities Industry Association and The American Stock Exchange and has authored numerous articles over the years on various investment banking topics.  Jay has served on numerous corporate boards, including: American Diagnostics, American Restaurants, Beard Oil, Bio-Chem International, BSD Medical, Diplomat Electronics, Distributed Logic, Intercontinental Energy, Levitz Furniture, NTS Engineering and Vega Biotechnologies.  He is a graduate of Menlo College and the University of Arizona.
