AREM ENTEGRASYON established in the beginning of 2004 with the high knowledged and experienced shareholders who worked for various industries and foreign trade sectors for many years and organised in two sections both process control technologies and export-import consultancy & marketing with the aim of contributing to the development of country economy.

The reason of Import-Export Branch establishment is examining and comparing the seller and buyer inquiries serving as consultant company to producers or any company both in Turkey and abroad.

The aim of establishment of the Process Control Technoligies Branch is to meet the expectations of machine manufacturers and plants to creat innovative solutions in rehabilitattion of plants that control systems are thought to appropriate working conditions from existing conditions both in country or abroad.

Automation applicationes in a wide range; from small convansionel controlled panel to whole automation system of factory by directions of customer demands from project designation, site installation , supervisor services to start up covers a changable activity. Here below, you will find detailed informations regarding working areas of Process Control Technologies Department :

1. Rehabilitation of Plants and Process Control
- Counseiling and technical support in choosing of process and control components which are in needed by machine manufacturers.
- Supporting users in choosing of necessarry equipment according to the working place.
- Doing installation and set - up of all kind of process control components.
- Serving companies in supplying of all kind of transmitters such as temperature, pressure, pressure difference, humidity, PH, weight, tork, velocity, gas analysis, flow, level, conductivity, density and etc. as well as sensors and converters.

2. Designation of Electricity Power Control Panels, Production and Start-up
- Doing project of whole electricity, power and control of industrial plants, producing panels according to projects studied and starting-up.

3. Projecting of Industrial Ovens , Control and Start up
- Serving all studies for Industrial ovens from project up to start-up process by our knowledge and experience we have had apprx. 450 pcs. industrial ovens start-up service, we did control projects, conducted production and installation both in Turkey and abroad.

4. Controls and Start-up of Heating and Cooling Systems

5. Aplication of PLC, SCADA and Control Panels
- Doing PLC SCADA Programming of the projects using SIEMENS S7 300, SIEMENS S7 200, ALLEN BRADLY, OMRON, TELEMEKANIQUE and the rest trade marks PLCs applications.
- Participating start-up procedures of plant / machine applications
- Considering producer-user dialogs, preparing user manuals of above mentioned trade marks SCADA oprerator panel programmes and start up.
