Ltd. is co-invested by Ningbo Future Holding Group Co., Ltd, Tea Research Institute of China Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Agriculture Development Group of Zhejiang Province etc. It is the key high-tech enterprise and the magnificant enterprise of Zhejiang Province, designated enterprise of Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for Oilseeds and Products of Ministry of Agriculture, Project Research Center of Advanced Processing of Tea and Tea Research Results Industrialization Transformation Base of Tea Research Institute of China Academy of Agricultural Sciences. It was founded in June of 1987.
With the fixed assets of CNY210million, the company has the subsidiaries including Shaoxing branch with the main line of advanced processing of tea and Changshan branch with the main line of comprehensive processing of wild oilseed cake.
